Originally from Upland, CA, Keith Janca began his career with New York Life Insurance in June 2003 as an agent in the Orange Coast General Office.  He spent four and a half years as a Financial Services Professional and consistently was a Council qualifier.  In June of 2007 he was appointed as a Partner at the Orange Coast General Office. In his first six months as a Partner he recruited 10 agents and is a top five Partner in the company. He is married to his wife Kirsten.

Monzur Mollah joined the New York Life Insurance Orange Coast General Office in 2008. He started his career with New York Life in 1996 as an agent, qualifying for Executive Council and the Centurion, Life All-Star, and Life-Superstar Awards each year. He was in the top 3 agents for the Pacific Zone for written Life cases. He joined the management team in the Fullerton General Office in 1999 and was recognized in 2008 by GAMA with a Career Development Diamond Award for Recruiting and Agent Development. Prior to his career in the insurance and financial services industry, he was the Marketing Director for an International Marketing firm and the Manager of an International Marketing company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration. He is married to his wife Erika and has three children, Jasmine, Jonathan, and Jamila.

Jenny joined New York Life Insurance Company in March of 2009 as an Agent. She has been in the Insurance, Banking, Brokerage and Financial Services industry for over 23 years.  
 
Jenny joined LPL Financial in February 2004 and was quickly promoted to SVP -Strategic Accounts Manager where she was responsible for sales management, relationship management, recruiting and business development.  Previously, she was EVP of Sales and Marketing for AIG Valic in Houston.  At AIG, Jenny had 6 Departments reporting up to her:  Broker –Dealer, Marketing, Products, Research, Facilities and Institutional Marketing.  Prior to AIG, she was SVP-Head of Retail for Fidelity Federal Bank for over 6 years and Sr. Sales Manager for California Federal Bank, overseeing the Investment Program for over 65 Branches in Southern California. Both banks achieved robust success with her leading the Licensed Agents.

Jenny holds NASD Series 7, 24, 26, and 63 Registrations.  She is also registered as an Investment Advisor and holds a life and variable license in California.  Jenny earned a degree in Business from James Madison University in Virginia.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Marina Pommerening began her career with New York Life Insurance in May 2005 in the Administrative Manager Training program in the Greater Oregon General Office.  She moved to Scottsdale to continue her training and assist in running the Arizona General Office.  In August 2007 she was appointed her first office, the Orange Coast General Office and oversees an administrative staff of seven.

Sales Development Manager, Dana Myszkowski, joined our team with a strong background in education, real estate sales and management, mortgage banking and corporate training prior to beginning her career in insurance and financial services.  She spent several years as an agent with MetLife prior to joining New York Life as an agent in 1999 in Norfolk, VA.   During her first year as an agent with the Company, Dana achieved Executive Council and Centurion.  In late 2000 Dana became a Trainer Trainee in the Tampa General Office where she spent six months learning how she could best develop NYL agents.  In March of 2001 she joined the Central Georgia General Office as an Associate Sales Development Manager where she remained honing her skills for five years.  In February of 2005, Dana was promoted to Sales Development Manager when she joined the team here in Irvine at the Orange Coast General Office.  She continues to enjoy her work which she describes as “helping each agent to become the best that he or she can be.”

Jessica Mcgrath joined the Orange Coast General Office in October 2009 as the Agency Standards Consultant. Her primary responsibilities include conducting supervisory interviews and inspections, managing various reporting logs, and helping agents understand and satisfy their regulatory obligations.  Originally from Maplewood New Jersey, Jessi began her career with New York Life Insurance in 2004 with the Individual Annuity Department.  She transferred to the Field Review Unit within Corporate Compliance in 2006 and obtained her FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.  Jessi graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
